Site Rules
The website's purpose is for non-work/ non union specific communication. For example, the Events link is for listing charity functions, social events, hockey/ golf tournaments etc. The Classifieds, are for members buying, selling or trading purposes. There is also a link for 911 member's businesses, which can be used to advertise 911 member's past-time occupations. The website is for personal rewards and not for career specific uses, but as a general information sharing resource for more community and personal purposes.
As a "registered" member of The 911 Network website, members shall not make
any libelous or defamatory comments in any submissions made to the website.
These include: comments against the City of Ottawa, any associated union, 911
Network members and/or against any businesses located within the community.
Any and all un-professional uses or submissions on the website shall be removed
and the member's membership shall be revoked. Membership dues will not be reimbursed.
Any legal proceedings that may result from comments will be the
responsibility of the offending member and the challenging body.
