The Bell Mobility Offer FAQ’s
So, how do I sign up?
Register for The 911 Network ($21.00 for a single membership,
or $31.80 for a family plan.) When you
you will receive an email with your 911 Network pin number which you will need
to have to be eligible for the Bell Mobility offer.
The Bell Mobility offer is a corporate account that is owned by The 911 Network
and requires authentication by our corporate account rep: Suzane Pownall.
When you receive your pin number via email, Suzane will be cc’d in the
same email to ensure you’re a member of The 911 Network. She will then
be in touch directly with you to arrange your package.
How do I choose the phone I want?
If you are interested in receiving a free phone, please see the flyer link
above, or if you are interested in another model, please visit any store location
or view the website at
for more information on the various models.
Note: If you are visiting a Bell Mobility store location or Kiosk, please be
aware that staff will not be informed of our corporate plan and cannot provide
accurate information as to what is available to you in our 911 Network plan.

How do I get my new phone?
In some cases you phone can be delivered. Phones may also be picked up at the
front desk of Kanata Wireless in the Centrum Mall. Please contact Suzane for
pick up or delivery details.
If I am already a Bell Mobility customer, can I still qualify for this
offer?
Yes. Simply register for The 911 Network; then forward the
names and cell phone numbers you wish to register, to Suzane our Bell Rep. Please
provide your 911 Network pin number to Suzane in your email.
My billing has not changed yet?
A line transfer for an existing Bell account can take up to a month or more
to have the proper billing arrive. If you are at all concerned, contact the
billing department via your Bell Mobility Bill and provide your account number
located at the top of the billing statement. Do not contact Suzane as she does
not handle billing for the account.
Do I need to register for The 911 Network every year to continue with
this Bell Offer?
No you do not have to. But, in-order to continually bring new and valuable
offers to The 911 Network membership, we need to ensure we can support the program.
